Ok, women, this is a subject that we may not talk about much but many of us have experienced this. Who has sweaty boobies??? Me! I have two strikes against me because I am overweight and I also take a medication that causes excessive sweating. It's really quite gross and embarrassing especially during the summer. So much so, that I have thought about going off of my medication but the med. does what it is supposed to do and I don't want to give it up! My back and under my boobs get sweaty, sometimes irritating the skin or even turning into a yeast infection *yuck*.
Even if you don't sweat under your breasts, you may experience some type of irritation from the material on your bra. I heard about Pambras and immediately wanted to try it. They have 4 different types of bra liners including the tummy liner, the bra liner, the unilateral liner, and the bilateral liner, so pretty much anywhere you have irritation from your bra, this liner has you covered! I opted for the bra liner....
This liner is meant to work as a barrier between the front of your bra and your skin so that there will not be any type of sweat build up or irritation. These Pambra liners are also great for women who have had a mastectomy and experience irritation from the prosthetic.
I tried mine out and it works wonderfully! It made my bra more comfortable for one thing. I do have a spot where the elastic rubs against and it gets painful at times and this liner really helped. I will definitely use this in the summer time when it's warmer out. I think it will make me more confident having this liner on and not having to worry about my excessive sweating problem.
If you are not sure exactly how this liner works, here is a video to show you how:
They have a variety of sizes all the way up to XXL and they ship to the United States and Canada only.
They have a lot of great information on their Facebook page, so be sure to *like* their page for more information or you can visit their website.
*Pambras have provided me with a bra liner in return for my honest review.

I know, I'm really late posting this for the month of March but I've been going through a lot lately and just haven't gotten around to it. Samples/freebies have been kind of slow lately, but I've signed up for a crap load of new ones in the past week or so, so hopefully I'll be getting more soon. I love getting freebies! Even though you are not actually earning money from it, it still saves you money in the long run. For instance, (I forgot to include this in the photo) but the other day I received a coupon for a free new Suave Karotin shampoo.. Just happened that I was out of shampoo and needed to go buy some but I ended up with a free bottle! Woohoo!! Here are a few freebies I've gotten in the mail:
My favorite is the Shick Hydro razor! I can't wait to try it out!
I usually don't review products that I receive samples of (unless they are sent specifically for a review) but I just wanted to share one of the freebies.
I have problems sleeping some times. Some nights it takes me forever to fall asleep, other times I fall asleep quickly but am awake various times throughout the night and then feel exhausted in the morning. The doctor has me on 3mgs of Melatonin which helps a lot. I couldn't wait to try out this iChill relaxation drink/shot, whatever you want to call it. It contains some relaxation herbs along with 5 mgs of Melatonin. I knew it would help me sleep just because of the 5mgs of Melatonin!
When I was a kid, I remember my grandmother always wearing this sweet smelling perfume. Well, if I had ever taken a drink of that perfume, that is exactly what this tastes like. Seriously. I couldn't even finish that whole tiny little bottle. Blech. It's a good idea but they definitely need to work on the taste.
I haven't done much sweepstaking for awhile, until today, that is... so I haven't had any wins (and still waiting on one of the wins I supposedly won last month). Here are a few good ones that I entered today though.
One of the most difficult things about working from home is managing your time so that you have a suitable amount of time to get your work done. Unlike a regular job outside of the house where you are away from the home for 8 or more hours a day and can concentrate purely on getting your work done, working from home can proof to be more difficult. When you work from home, you have a plethora of distractions such as children, spouses, pets, laundry, housecleaning, phone calls, and unexpected visitors. Working from home takes a lot of self motivation and you really have to be able to push yourself to stick to what needs done to make that money.
First thing to do is figure out how many hours a day you would like to dedicate to work. Four hours a day? Maybe a full 8? It all depends on you and what you can squeeze into your lifestyle. Once you have figured out how many hours a day you wish to work, then you look at your daily routine. If your kids are at home, what time do they take naps? What time will your spouse or another family member be there to help out with the kids? If your kids are older, what times are they in school? Are they old enough to keep themselves occupied while you work? What about cooking meals?
Most work at home jobs allow you to pick and choose your own hours. You may be able to work as many hours as you wish depending on the job. Some jobs make you work a certain number of hours a day or a week and others might force you to make up a dedicated schedule where you can dedicate all of your attention to your work. Everyone is different, so there really is not one set schedule that is best for everyone.
All of us live differently. Figure out what hours would work the best for you and when you would have the least distractions and use those hours wisely. Don't neglect your housework but always make sure that you set aside some time each week or day for that.
If you don't think that you have time to work from home, you are probably wrong, unless you are like the Duggars and have 24508345 kids (of course, they have the older kids to take care of the younger ones, though!). I had 3 kids within a year and started working from home when my oldest was only 2 and my twins were still babies. You can figure it out! If you have young children, think of activities that they can sit down and enjoy doing while you get some work time in or while they are taking a nap. Ask relatives and friends to help out even if it means just hanging out at your house while you work. It's not impossible!
