Sweepstakes and Samples Report for December 2011

December was a busy  month for everyone. I didn't do a lot of sweepstaking. Just didn't take the time.. plus it was another month of no wins. Nothing at all. *sigh*. I know everyone goes through dry periods where they don't win a thing. I'm still entering giveaways and sweepstakes a few times during the week, but not every day like I did in the beginning. Maybe that's WHY my luck hasn't been as good because I haven't been entering as much? Who knows, really?

I did get some great samples and freebies in December though.

This month included a free Swiffer duster, Dove deodorant, a dog food sample, an Aero Shot energy shot (which I haven't tried yet, but I'm an energy drink fanatic so I'm sure I will soon!), and Purex UltraPacks. I also received a bottle of Purex laundry detergent, but after I finished the bottle off, i threw it away, so it is not in the pic. I got these free through Purex Insiders... you can get free full size samples from Purex and all you have to do is leave a review on their website, or on your blog!

hahaha, I love it! It's a little small for me, but I think I'm going to keep it for my goal shirt to lose some weight so I can be hot n juicy!

I also think that once in awhile I will post a few sweepstakes that I am entering in case any of you would like to enter as well. Here are a few that I just entered today:

Sweepstakes and Freebies Update for October

A few days after my last post about sweepstakes wins (and me complaining that I hadn't won anything), I got emails that I had won this:

This the Little Giant Xtreme Ladder that retails for almost $400! and I also won these:

Luna protein bars and a 2 pack from Softlips.

Since then, I haven't had any BIG wins. I got an email that I won a fleece throw from Sealy, and a free meal from Bob Evans, but haven't received either one, yet. I still do sweepstaking but only in my free time or when I am bored. Some days I just don't feel like it, other days I do. I do know that I could not sit and just enter sweepstakes for 8 hours a day like some people! haha I mostly use the facebook apps I mentioned in this post, and sweepstakestoday.com. I know there are more out there, but these keep me plenty busy for the moment. Anyone else had any big wins lately??

These are not all of the samples I have received, but most of them! These include the Target beauty bag full of samples, a cook book, a Halloween tattoo from swagbucks (which, btw, when I used my swagbucks to order it, I thought it was an entire sheet, not one single tattoo!), and some coupons for free stuff.

Crowdtap: Answer Questions and Get Samples while Earning

I joined Crowdtap a few days ago and it seems great so far. You start out simple by just answering quick questions or "quick hits", and you get a certain amount of points for answering them. Your ranking goes up the more points that you get, and the higher your ranking, the more opportunities you get. You can get invited to join in discussions, where you get points for answering a discussion question and then joining in the discussion with other users. You can also get opportunities to sample new products or websites and then you can convert your points into cash once your points are worth a minimum of $10.00. Five percent of your earnings go to a charity of your choosing, so you can earn a little bit while helping a good cause. So far, it's really simple to do and kind of fun. I've been trying to do it as much as possible because I like to see my rank go up and find out what new opportunities I may get.

I know..I know!!!!

It's been awhile since I posted here! I started a new texting job that is non rota (which means no schedule), so I can log in and out whenever I want to..which I LOVE!...So I have been logging in whenever I get a spare minute trying to make that money! I just really wish I could get into a better paying company. There are companies out there that have a high pay rate and you can make GREAT money each month..but they are also really hard to get into because no one leaves and they usually have a long waiting list. I'm still kicking myself for quitting my first texting job. I got into one of the better paying companies right off the bat, with no experience at all. I worked there for 9 months and got texting burn out (if anyone texts, they know that this can occur). The mod was starting to be picky and was constantly on my back about things all of the sudden and I just said screw it and I quit. I'm still kicking myself for that every day. Now Im working just as hard for not even half of the money..and they don't rehire, so I'm stuck for now, but I'm doing what I gotta do, I guess.

I'm going to try to post here every once in awhile. Every post probably wont be giving different opportunities but maybe posting about what it's like working from home or anything fun I come across online! For instance, I just found a great website for anyone who is interested in working from home. This site is called Home Jobs For Mom and has listings for just about every sort of legit work at home job out there including translation, customer service, transcription, direct selling and more! I feel like I'm writing a paid post for this, but Im really not, lol! Just think it has some great information on it and they also have a freebie section with a nice listing of where you can go to get free samples (I LOVE getting free samples in the mail!).
